A LPCI, or lowcountry paver certified installer, is an installer who has a proven track record and has met all of the criteria required to be the best in the industry. 5 year warranty on workmanship 

Must follow ICPI installation guidelines

Must complete (8)hours of continuing education per year at LCPI school Service

Must commence work when promised

Complete projects without interruption except for acceptable delays -Contact & return customer phone calls within 24 hours -Rectify complaints within 10 days
