Why Savannah homeowners choose American Paving Design

Designed for Savannah's style. Savannah homes call for materials with history. We install clay brick, tumbled concrete pavers with an aged look, and cobblestone-style pavers that suit historic, Victorian and Midtown homes, along with clean modern pavers for newer neighborhoods. Browse our paver materials.

Drainage for low-lying lots. Many Savannah lots sit low, and summer storms can leave water standing for days. We plan slope and drainage before we dig, and we install permeable pavers where water needs somewhere to go.

Historic district and HOA know-how. Visible exterior changes in Savannah's historic districts, such as front walks and driveways, may need review by the city's historic preservation staff before work begins. We help you find out early. We can also prepare HOA review paperwork for a small additional fee, depending on the community.

Built to last. Every project gets a compacted crushed-stone base, typically 6 to 8 inches under driveways, solid edge restraint and polymeric sand joints, backed by our 2-year workmanship warranty.
