  2. Computer design drawings and written estimate: you see your project in a computer-generated design drawing before we build, with layout, products, base depth and warranty in writing.
  3. HOA or ARB approval: for a small additional fee, we prepare the ARB paperwork for your community.
  4. Installation: most Bluffton patios and driveways take 2 to 5 working days.
  5. Final walkthrough: we review the finished project and your care plan.
